Juno Bio raised $3.8 million and opened a CLIA-certified sequencing laboratory in Oakland to expand capacity for its vaginal microbiome assay. The company said the test profiles roughly 10,000 bacteria and fungi and screens for four common sexually transmitted infections, with more than 20,000 tests sold since launch and availability across 46 states.
