AdvanCell closed a $315 million Series D to advance its lead radiopharmaceutical into late-stage development while expanding U.S. manufacturing capability. The financing is described as a response to constraints in the radiopharma supply chain, particularly around isotope sourcing and production scale-up. The company’s lead candidate is ADVC-001, a lead-212 prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted radioligand therapy in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. AdvanCell said the round will support phase 3 work and associated build-out of manufacturing infrastructure. The size of the round signals continued institutional support for radiopharma platform operators that can pair clinical progression with credible production scale, a key gating factor for the next wave of alpha-emitter therapies.
