Veeva Systems unveiled Study Builder, an AI agent designed to speed clinical trial study configuration for sponsors using Veeva’s EDC and Data Quality System. The tool ingests trial protocols and uses CDISC standards and the CDISC Unified Study Definitions Model to draft configurations such as EDC forms, visit schedules, and automated test data, according to Veeva. Veeva said licensees will be able to access the plugin in December at no additional cost for existing Veeva EDC customers.
