Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Parse Biosciences have initiated a strategic collaboration to generate the largest single-cell atlas mapping early neutralizing antibody-producing plasmablasts against measles, mumps, and rubella. Utilizing Parse’s Evercode GigaLab technology, the project will sequence tens of millions of B cell receptors to identify dominant antibody lineages. Led by Dr. James Crowe, this collaboration aims to accelerate antibody discovery and optimize vaccine designs for improved immunization strategies against these infectious diseases.
