RQ Bio secured an oversubscribed $115 million Series A to advance RQB01, a long-acting antibody program aimed at preventing seasonal influenza in high-risk and immunocompromised populations. The company said RQB01 is in IND-enabling studies and is designed to target conserved influenza epitopes with a differentiated dual mechanism, with the goal of providing season-long protection from a single dose.
