Twist Bioscience reported fiscal Q3 2026 revenue growth of 23% year over year, reaching $118.4 million, driven by continued strength across DNA synthesis, protein solutions, and NGS applications. The company also projected further growth supported by customers increasingly using AI as a front-end tool for antibody discovery. CEO Emily Leproust said Twist sees an “inflection point” in drug discovery, with more groups leveraging AI to design sequences as an initial antibody discovery screen. Twist reported that AI-enabled drug discovery growth has accelerated by triple-digit percentage points in fiscal 2026 compared with fiscal 2025, and that it forecasts similar growth into fiscal 2027. While Twist did not disclose specific AI-related revenue lines, CFO Adam Laponis said outsized therapeutics growth is primarily driven by AI drug discovery. The firm also highlighted continued gains in therapeutics revenues and shipments during the quarter.
