NanoMosaic and Solid Biosciences signed a comarketing agreement focused on AAV genetic medicine manufacturing analytics, pairing NanoMosaic’s Tessie platform with Solid’s Polaris-101 capsid targeting technology. The companies said the alliance will promote Tessie for multiplex testing of vector genome and capsid titers during AAV manufacture, aligning with Polaris-101’s use in delivering genetic medicine to skeletal muscle and cardiac tissue. NanoMosaic received FDA advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) designation for Tessie earlier, and this partnership positions the platform as a manufacturing decision support tool tied to safety, efficacy, and dosing considerations. For gene therapy developers, the deal signals a continued shift toward tighter characterization of full, partial, and empty capsids using standardized, scalable readouts during process development and tech transfer.
