Dren Bio closed an oversubscribed $350 million private financing round to advance dibotatug (DR-01), a CD94-targeting monoclonal antibody, toward regulatory submission and planned commercial launch. The company described the funding as supporting late-stage clinical development across oncology and autoimmune indications. Dren’s lead program is in cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma and large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL), with the company emphasizing the lack of approved therapies and poor prognosis in these rare diseases. The antibody is designed to deplete pathogenic cytotoxic cells while preserving broader immune function, according to company disclosures. The round was co-led by Juvia Group and Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from investors including Mirae Asset Capital Life Science, General Catalyst, Cormorant Asset Management, and OrbiMed, as well as existing backers. Dren said it will also use proceeds to accelerate additional programs leveraging its Targeted Myeloid Engager and Phagocytosis platform.
