BGI Genomics reported first-half 2026 revenue growth of 10% year over year, supported by precision medicine testing and multiomics services. The company said H1 revenue reached RMB 1.80 billion, with precision medicine testing representing more than half of total revenue. BGI pointed to automated end-to-end workflows as a driver of testing growth and noted multiomics expansion in spatial and single sequencing services. It also reported declines in some areas tied to centralized procurement and reduced cancer screening programs. Separately, MGI Tech reported H1 2026 revenues up 18% year over year, with growth across sequencing and multiomics, including spatial and single-cell services after the acquisition of STOmics and continued platform adoption.
