Verici Dx validated a pre-transplant kidney rejection risk test built around a 29-gene RNA expression immune signature. The assay, Pre-Transplant Risk Assessment (PTRA), was confirmed in a clinical study published in Kidney360 and is designed to stratify early acute rejection risk before transplantation. Separately, Myriad Genetics launched an AI-enhanced version of its Prolaris prostate cancer test aimed at improving active surveillance selection. Prolaris + AI uses digital pathology with AI interpretation to identify patients at higher risk of upgraded Gleason scores at first follow-up biopsy. Together, the updates highlight a shift toward earlier, more individualized decision support—using multi-gene expression and AI-assisted histopathology to reduce uncertainty in high-stakes treatment pathways.
