On the venture side, Ona Therapeutics raised $86.6 million in a funding round to advance ADC programs focused on drug resistance and advanced breast cancer. The financing supports continued clinical development for Ona’s lead program ONA-255 as it moves through early clinical planning. In a separate platform-and-capabilities push, Medable launched an Agentic Accelerator Program designed to help life sciences companies deploy agentic AI across clinical development. Medable said the program provides onboarding, integration support, governance and change management, aiming to close gaps in scaled AI adoption that the company cites as limited across the sector. Together, the moves reflect ongoing capital flow into antibody-drug conjugate innovation and continued operational investment in AI-enabled trial execution, both intended to improve speed-to-value while keeping development workflows “GxP-ready.”
