FairJourney Bio opened a cryo-electron microscopy structural biology facility in San Diego to expand its antibody discovery capabilities, with services launched in January 2026. The new site includes a 300 kV cryo-EM infrastructure featuring two ThermoFisher Titan Krios 5 systems, designed to determine native-state atomic-resolution structures of antibody–target complexes. The company says the workflow is built to integrate structural readouts earlier in discovery, including epitope mapping and structure-guided lead optimization.
