Roivant’s Priovant reported positive Phase 3 results for Lisraya (brepocitinib’s immune-modifying pill) across two trials in non-infectious uveitis, following its recent approval in dermatomyositis. The company said it will seek expanded FDA approval in the first half of 2027 if regulatory review follows the planned path. The data cover 371 patients across two Phase 3 studies and, if confirmed in FDA discussions, would extend Roivant’s autoimmune franchise beyond a narrow dermatology entry point into a broader inflammatory eye-market. Analysts cited the size of the U.S. patient population already treated with TNF inhibitors as a key near-term commercial driver. Separately, Roivant also flagged continued progress for brepocitinib with additional pivotal-trial wins in autoimmune indications, underscoring an aggressive expansion strategy ahead of 2027 filings.
