Roivant and Priovant reported that their immune-modifying pill Lisraya outperformed placebo in two Phase 3 trials for non-infectious uveitis, spanning 371 patients. The companies said the results could expand the drug’s commercial runway beyond dermatomyositis, where it was approved in August, with an FDA filing planned for the first half of next year.
