Roche has signed a licensing deal for SIM-0600, a preclinical CD79a/CD19/CD3-targeting trispecific T-cell engager from Simcere Zaiming Pharmaceutical. The agreement announced the potential value at $1.53 billion, positioning the asset to fill capacity within Roche’s B-cell disease franchise. The program is designed to recruit and activate T cells by simultaneously engaging multiple B-cell targets and CD3, a mechanism intended to increase potency while maintaining tumor selectivity.
