Dualitas Therapeutics secured its first major partner in Roche Holding AG to use the Dualscreen bispecific discovery engine, with the collaboration valued at up to $1 billion. Dualitas will screen more than 300,000 bispecific antibody combinations for immunology and inflammation indications, seeking pairs with synergistic activity versus separate antibody pairings. Roche will provide $36.5 million upfront, with additional research, development and commercial milestones and tiered royalties. The deal formalizes Dualitas’ move from platform setup into partnered discovery execution, following its $65 million Series A launch. Roche’s strategic interest aligns with its ongoing search for next-generation bispecifics that can deliver differentiation beyond existing immunology programs.
