Sonrotoclax (Beqalzi®) received FDA approval in May 2026 for patients with mantle cell lymphoma who have tried at least two prior therapies, positioning the drug as the second Bcl-2 inhibitor approved in the U.S. The approval also sets up follow-on work in ongoing trials to expand indications and validate early clinical activity as the program matures.
