Dren Bio closed an oversubscribed $350 million private financing to advance dibotatug (DR-01), its CD94-targeting monoclonal antibody program toward commercialization. The funding is intended to support late-stage development, regulatory submission and a planned launch. Dren said dibotatug is designed to selectively deplete pathogenic cytotoxic cells while preserving the broader immune system. Its most advanced trials are in cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma and large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL), both described as rare with significant unmet need and no approved therapies currently available. The financing brings in a syndicate co-led by Juvia Group and Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from new and existing healthcare investors including Mirae Asset Capital Life Science, General Catalyst, OrbiMed, 8VC and OrbiMed. The round also aims to accelerate Dren’s broader oncology and autoimmune pipeline using its Targeted Myeloid Engager and Phagocytosis Platform.
