Boehringer Ingelheim and Sino Biopharmaceutical agreed to deepen their oncology partnership, launching up-to-$7.4 billion-plus collaboration focused on ADC and T-cell engager technologies. The new multi-program option and license agreement includes six biologic preclinical programs, with Sino Biopharmaceutical overseeing early development and Boehringer holding options for development, manufacturing, and commercialization.
