FairJourney Bio opened a new cryo-EM structural biology facility in San Diego designed to strengthen its antibody discovery and development workflow. The facility includes a 300 kV infrastructure with two ThermoFisher Titan Krios 5 systems to enable native-state structure determination of antibody-target complexes, with turnaround claimed at two to three weeks. The company said the service expansion complements its integrated antibody discovery platform by moving atomic-resolution structural insight earlier in the program lifecycle, including epitope mapping through structure-guided lead optimization.
