Lonza and Stipple Bio struck a licensing agreement to expand Stipple’s precision oncology ADC capabilities. Under the pact, Lonza provides access to its site-specific ADC platform, including GlycoConnect antibody conjugation technology, HydraSpace polar spacer technology, and a toxSYN linker payload. Lonza is eligible for upfront, clinical, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments as well as royalties on net sales, while Stipple said its immediate focus remains on advancing its lead candidate, STP-100, into clinical studies in early 2027. The partnership broadens the platform’s application across multiple programs, with Stipple keeping timelines and targets for later candidates undisclosed. The deal reflects continued investment in next-generation ADC designs aimed at improving therapeutic index and controllable payload delivery.
