Lonza struck a licensing deal with Stipple Bio to provide access to Stipple for multiple precision oncology antibody-drug conjugate programs. The agreement grants Stipple use of Lonza’s clinically validated, site-specific ADC technology, including GlycoConnect antibody conjugation, HydraSpace polar spacer chemistry, and a toxSYN linker payload. Lonza can also receive upfront, clinical, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments plus royalties on net sales of resulting products. Stipple said its immediate priority is STP-100, expected to enter clinical studies in early 2027. Stipple launched out of stealth in April with a $100 million Series A and described its Pointillist Platform as identifying tumor-specific cell surface epitopes to improve selectivity and therapeutic index. The multi-target nature of the license is intended to support additional ADC candidates beyond STP-100.
