CareDx increased its full-year 2026 revenue guidance after delivering strong Q2 financial results, including a 52% year-over-year jump in quarterly revenues. The company now expects 2026 revenue of $490 million–$500 million versus prior guidance of $447 million–$465 million. Q2 revenue rose to $131.9 million from $86.7 million in Q2 2025, ahead of the $114.1 million consensus. Testing services drove the increase, up 61% year over year to $99.9 million, with patient and digital solutions revenue also rising 50% to $19.2 million. CareDx posted Q2 net income of $110.6 million (vs. a net loss in the year-ago quarter) and adjusted EPS of $0.37, beating analysts’ average estimate of $0.23. The company ended the quarter with $373.6 million in cash and cash equivalents.
