Triplebar Bio, with support from the National Science Foundation and BioMADE, is developing an AI-informed cell engineering model designed specifically for biomanufacturing environments. The project focuses on predictive and optimization capabilities from bench to commercial scale, using Pichia pastoris as a host to generate data across multiple protein targets relevant to bioprocessing, food production, and defense.
