Lonza entered a licensing agreement with Stipple Bio to provide the startup access to Lonza’s site-specific ADC technology platform across multiple programs. Stipple said the deal includes GlycoConnect antibody conjugation, HydraSpace polar spacer technology, and a toxSYN linker payload, with additional economics structured around upfront, clinical, regulatory, commercial milestones, and royalties.
