Terms were not disclosed, but the deal combines SCD’s discovery transcriptomics strengths with TATAA’s qPCR/dPCR and GLP/GCLP-compliant bioanalysis. The integration is designed to reduce handover fragmentation—moving from discovery-grade single-cell and spatial insights to regulatory-ready validation outputs within the same organization. SCD and TATAA said existing customer projects and workflows would continue with unchanged contacts.
