Vaderis Therapeutics closed an oversubscribed $152 million Series B to advance engasertib (VAD-044) for hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) and initiated its global Phase III HEROIC study in parallel. The round is co-led by Life Sciences at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and TCGX, with participation from Omega Funds, EQT Life Sciences, Perceptive Advisors and other investors.
