Merck and Moderna reported positive Phase III results for intismeran (mRNA-4157/V940), a bespoke, patient-specific mRNA-lipid nanoparticle therapeutic, in combination with pembrolizumab (Keytruda) in INTerpath-001 (NCT05933577). The trial tested the two-drug regimen versus pembrolizumab alone in more than 1,100 patients with Stage IIB–IV cutaneous melanoma.
