A Phase 3 trial in NEJM.org reported that once-daily oral infigratinib significantly improved height outcomes in children with achondroplasia versus placebo over 52 weeks. The primary endpoint—annualized height velocity—rose by 1.74 cm per year more than placebo (P<0.001), with improvements also reflected in height z-score measures.
