Recent pediatric radiological studies have advanced knowledge across diverse conditions. Innovations include MRI-guided hydrostatic reduction for intussusception, reduced sedation techniques with lateral positioning for young patients, and enhanced imaging for congenital and neurodevelopmental disorders such as Crohn’s disease, nonischemic heart failure, and encephalocraniocutaneous lipomatosis. Machine learning models are being incorporated to improve diagnostic consistency and accuracy, particularly in fetal brain imaging and neonatal intensive care. These developments collectively enhance early detection, treatment planning, and patient outcomes in pediatric care.
