Roche agreed to pay Nurix Therapeutics $700 million upfront to co-develop and co-commercialize the company’s bexobrutideg BTK degrader in B-cell malignancies. Under the terms, Roche will fund 60% of development and split U.S. profits equally, while Nurix will receive up to $2.3 billion in milestone payments across development, regulatory, and sales, plus royalties outside the U.S.
