In a prospective multicenter single-arm Phase 2 trial in China, orelabrutinib combined with R-CDOP generated an objective response rate of 70.5% at the end of induction in 44 treatment-naive patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and high CNS-relapse risk. The report provides early efficacy readouts while continuing to frame the regimen’s clinical value in an aggressive-risk subgroup.
