One Biosciences is bringing its OneMap single-cell molecular profiling platform into clinical studies for the first time, partnering with French company Adcytherix to advance its lead ADC candidate ADCX-020. The project begins supporting the ADC trial that started in March, with OneMap aimed at improving tumor heterogeneity capture for ADC patient selection. One Biosciences said it uses single-nuclei RNA-seq plus AI to analyze tumor, stromal, and immune components, and that it previously partnered with Gustave Roussy to demonstrate feasibility and rapid turnaround (within two weeks) in patient care workflows.
