Pathos AI expanded its oncology pipeline via licensing and partnerships, including a large deal for a TROP2/HER3 ADC from Alphamab. The arrangement is structured as a major access move for Pathos, enabling development and commercialization outside specified regions. In a separate collaboration, Pathos AI also partnered with AstraZeneca around a protein degrader asset from AstraZeneca’s cancer pipeline. Together, the deals aim to broaden Pathos’ portfolio with additional mechanisms of action and improve optionality across solid tumor programs. The transactions show how AI-led drug discovery companies are increasingly monetizing their platforms through high-value licensing while building co-development relationships with large pharma.
