One Biosciences moved its single-cell profiling platform into clinical studies through an effort alongside Adcytherix. The collaboration advances OneMap, a single-nuclei RNA-seq-based assay intended to capture tumor heterogeneity for patient selection in ADC therapy. One Biosciences said it began supporting the trial of Adcytherix’s ADC candidate ADCX-020, following a €200,000 grant from the Paris-Saclay Cancer Cluster. The company reported earlier feasibility in patient care partnerships, with turnaround cited at about two weeks. By positioning single-cell molecular profiling as a complement to average-tumor analysis, the program targets improved response prediction and resistance characterization for ADC-driven solid tumors.
