One Biosciences advanced its single-cell molecular profiling platform into clinical studies by partnering with French biotech Adcytherix on its lead ADC ADCX-020 for solid tumors. One Biosciences’ OneMap platform uses single-nuclei RNA sequencing plus AI-driven analysis to profile tumor, stromal, and immune compartments to better capture tumor heterogeneity. The company will support Adcytherix’s clinical trial beginning soon, aiming to generate clinically actionable insights for ADC patient selection. One Biosciences said it has previously demonstrated feasibility in retrospective studies and a partnership with Gustave Roussy, where results could be delivered within two weeks. As ADC trials increasingly depend on precise biomarker strategies, embedding single-cell heterogeneity profiling into prospective clinical workflows could improve response prediction and reduce trial noise from averaged tumor signals.
