Spectral CT and MRI radiomics are moving from retrospective pattern-finding toward decision-support use cases. A study combining baseline dual-layer spectral detector CT features with clinical factors highlighted which lymphoma patients are most likely to fail first-line treatment, while a multicenter MRI radiomics model improved survival prediction in colorectal cancer with liver metastases beyond RECIST 1.1.
