Veristat launched InStat, a fully automated biostatistics platform intended to shorten clinical trial data readouts from weeks to days. The CRO positioned the tool to generate submission-ready tables, listings, and figures (TLF) in five days or less using validated statistical engines and biostatistician review. Clene Nanomedicine is the first sponsor using InStat, applying it to NfL biomarker analyses within an accelerated approval pathway under Subpart H. Veristat said InStat translates biostatisticians’ descriptions into precise specifications that can be executed consistently. If adoption scales, the platform could compress approval timelines and reduce the cost and schedule risk that comes with manual readout workflows.
