Corxel US, the obesity-focused unit of Corxel Pharmaceuticals, announced a SPAC merger with Amanat Acquisition Corp to raise roughly $377 million to fund pivotal Phase 3 development of CX11, a once-daily oral GLP-1 receptor agonist. The company said CX11 produced body-weight reduction of up to 11.5% at week 36 in a US Phase 2 study and that an End-of-Phase II meeting with the FDA is complete.
