Longevity startup NewLimit raised $435 million at a valuation above $3 billion, with plans to start its first clinical trial in 2026 for a liver-focused therapeutic. The Series C financing was led by Founders Fund and included participation from Thrive Capital and Lilly Ventures, among others. The company said its rapid progress was driven by an internal screening platform combining transcription factors and mRNA delivery to rejuvenate liver function in preclinical models. NewLimit expects early-stage testing next year, initially targeting patients with fatty liver disease, before narrowing later-stage development toward alcohol-related liver disease.
