The company also appointed biotech veteran Cyril Konto as CEO, with founder Li Sun shifting to president and chief technology officer. Shennon said it has disclosed three T-cell engager programs: SBT-121 (dual-targeting trispecific antibody-based TCE) for small cell lung cancer, SBT-201 for ovarian cancer, and SBT-425 (TCR-based TCE) for hepatocellular carcinoma. The company’s stated goal is to advance a development candidate toward an IND filing and Phase 1 evaluation over the next two years. The financing and leadership change position Shennon for a transition from platform disclosure to development-stage execution, with Konto bringing prior clinical and regulatory experience from Arcus Biosciences and roles at Genentech and Roche.
