Dren Bio closed an oversubscribed $350 million private financing to advance dibotatug (DR-01) toward commercialization. The clinical-stage company is developing a CD94-targeting monoclonal antibody intended to selectively deplete pathogenic cytotoxic cells while preserving broader immune function. The lead program is in cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma and large granular lymphocytic leukemia, both rare diseases with limited approved options. Dren said the funding supports late-stage development, regulatory submission, and a planned commercial launch, while also accelerating additional oncology and autoimmune pipeline programs. The round was co-led by Juvia Group and Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from investors including OrbiMed, General Catalyst, Mirae Asset Capital Life Science, and existing backers such as 8VC and SR One.
