Draig Therapeutics raised $65 million in an oversubscribed Series B to push DT-101, an AMPA receptor potentiator, through phase 3 trials for major depressive disorder. The Cardiff University spinout said it can accelerate global and U.S. development now that it has active phase 3 programs and two phase 2 studies underway for monotherapy and adjunct use.
