Quantum-Si received a Nasdaq delisting notice after its stock traded below $1 for 30 consecutive business days, according to an SEC filing. The single-molecule protein sequencing company has 180 calendar days, until January 19, 2027, to regain compliance by trading at $1 or above for 10 consecutive business days. Quantum-Si said it is monitoring the closing bid price and may consider options if the deficiency persists. The company recently partnered with Cell Signaling Technologies to develop new protein sequencing approaches and signed a lease for San Diego office, lab, and manufacturing space. In parallel, MDxHealth disclosed it was also out of compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum market value requirement, with deadlines extending into 2027 depending on whether it cures both bid-price and market-cap deficiencies.
