This coassembled system yields supraparticles capable of encapsulating up to 40% by weight of doxorubicin, markedly outperforming existing formulations like Doxil. The enhanced colloidal stability reduces aggregation issues, while albumin integration facilitates targeted delivery and pharmacokinetics, potentially minimizing side effects and optimizing therapeutic indices. This advancement represents a significant stride in nanomedicine for safer, more effective cancer chemotherapy administration.
