Adaptive Biotechnologies raised its 2026 MRD revenue outlook again after strong Q2 growth in its minimal residual disease business, which accounts for more than 90% of company revenue. The company delivered 36,111 ClonoSEQ tests in Q2, up 43% year over year, and increased its MRD revenue guidance to $268 million–$278 million. Adaptive reported total Q2 revenue of $71.6 million, up 22% year over year, and highlighted that blood-based testing growth drove expansion—blood-based testing represented 51% of volume in Q2 for the first time. The company also emphasized guideline support, noting an NCCN CLL guidance update issued in October 2025. The update shows continued commercialization momentum for MRD assays as oncology follow-up moves beyond one-time baseline testing toward serial monitoring schedules in routine care pathways.
