Adaptive Biotechnologies increased its 2026 revenue guidance after reporting continued growth in its minimal residual disease (MRD) testing segment in the second quarter. The company said MRD revenue accounts for more than 90% of total revenue and climbed as it delivered 36,111 ClonoSEQ tests to clinical customers. Management reported quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year expansion in reimbursed indications, including CLL, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, multiple myeloma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma. Adaptive also said community testing contributed a larger share of volume and that serial monitoring remains a growing pattern. The updated outlook reflects durability of MRD adoption and a continuing shift toward blood-based testing workflows that can be incorporated into ongoing patient management.
