In the INTerpath-001 trial (NCT05933577), the regimen reduced the odds that surgically removed melanoma would return or spread versus Keytruda alone. Across 1,137 volunteers, the therapy improved recurrence-free survival and distant metastasis-free survival, with the vaccine surpassing Keytruda on the primary endpoint and a key secondary endpoint.
