Their SmartChip Biosecurity Platform pairs Takara Bio’s SmartChip ND real-time PCR system with Resistomap’s environmental intelligence software to quantify resistance genes and related markers at scale. The platform is engineered for speed and data volume, with claims of thousands of data points per run and a three-hour analytical cycle. Resistomap’s cloud-based reporting then organizes results over time and by gene level, aiming to translate complex qPCR output into surveillance workflows for public health monitoring and environmental protection.
