Machine-learning drug R&D: OrganoIDNet tracks CAR T activity in patient tumor organoids

A new approach combines patient-derived pancreatic tumor organoids with a deep learning tracking system, OrganoIDNet, to monitor CAR T cell killing in real time inside living, patient-specific tissue. The workflow automates tracking of CD318-targeting CAR T cells, aiming to tighten translational readouts by bridging preclinical CAR T experiments with patient-tissue context.
